Booking Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable, with the exception of Covid 19 preventing travel. In this instance it is fully exchangeable or refundable as requested by the guest. If you are unable to travel on your chosen dates for other reasons it may be possible to move your deposit to another date subject to availability.

The balance of your holiday is due 4 weeks before your holiday date, along with your £100 security deposit. As above, the balance is non-refundable, with the exception of Covid 19 affecting travel. In this instance it is fully exchangeable or refundable.

If you are unable to travel for other reasons it may be possible to refund 50% of your holiday subject to us being able to rebook your dates.

If you cancel your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of cancellation.

Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of you checking out providing that we are satisfied that you have taken due care of our holiday home.

We understand that accidents happen and ask that you drop us a text to let us know if any breakages or damage occurs so that we arrive prepared with replacements or additional equipment
